262 Mr. Allen asked the Minister for Health and Children if he will investigate the case of a person (details supplied) in County Cork who is caring for their spouse on a 24-hour basis and receiving no benefits for such care despite the fact that the person is in receipt of an old age pension; if he will investigate the situation with a view to getting the person reassessed and offer more support; and the reason despite the fact that this person was assessed for rehabilitation when their stroke first occurred five years ago, no offer of rehabilitation has been given since.
