137 Mr. Durkan asked the Tánaiste and Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform further to Parliamentary Question No. 97 of 9 November 2006, in the case of a person (details supplied) in Dublin 24 to the effect that there is no record that any original documentation accompanied the application for naturalisation of the person in question, and in view of the fact that his Department required the original documentation which was supplied, if he will arrange for the return of this documentation after examination; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
