Bruton asked the Minister for Finance the number of complaints lodged with the human resource departments of the public service; if he has a system in place to ensure that these complaints are handled within the terms of codes of practice provided by the Health and Safety Authority in relation to anti-bullying policies; and if he plans to undertake initiatives following the adoption of anti-bullying policies in the public service to monitor the level and response to complaints and to seek to move the public service to achieve best practice standards in this respect.
