Deputy Liam Quaide asked the Minister for Rural and Community Development and the Gaeltacht whether his Department has carried out an analysis of community infrastructure and amenity deficits in rapidly growing towns in County Cork, including Midleton and Carrigtwohill; the funding allocated to such towns under the Department's community and rural development schemes in each of the past five years; and if he is satisfied that current funding models adequately reflect population growth and unmet local need.
