210 Mr. Sherlock asked the Minister for Defence if he has given approval for the construction of a mixed complex of residential and small businesses to the rear of the FCA hall, Slievenamon, Thurles, County Tipperary; if this will result in the demolition of the existing FCA timber building, the provision of a right of way through his Department’s property, a significant reduction in the number of parking spaces and the halving of the space available for training of personnel; if his Department has received financial compensation for the loss of the facilities involved; if it is intended to provide an alternative building for the FCA; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
