Deputy Éamon Ó Cuív asked the Minister for the Environment, Community and Local Government if the charge for water for persons who are connected to a public water supply and who provide their own wastewater treatment will be less than for those who are connected both to a public water supply and a public wastewater system in view of the statement in the official announcement by the Government that each household will receive an annual free allowance of 30,000 litres of water and a corresponding allowance of wastewater per year; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
