165 Deputy Jack Wall asked the Minister for the Environment, Community and Local Government if his attention has been drawn to the fact that receivers who have being appointed to development companies who have housing estates on their property books that have not being taken in charge by a local authority are now stating that they have no responsibility for the every day running of such estates where they state there is no saleable assets in the specific estate; if his further attention has been drawn to the fact that this action is leaving hundreds of home owners without many of the services that are provided in such estates that is watersewerage, lighting and so on when problems occur with such services; the actions he will take to overcome such legal issues; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
