O’Keeffe asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform if his attention has been drawn to the fact the Garda station at Ballinhassig in Cork west has been classified as one of the worst in the country and is said to be leaking and rat infested, as mentioned in Parliamentary Question No. 434 of 4 May 2005; and the progress which has been made in the meantime towards the provision of suitable and proper accommodation.
