Deputy Donnchadh Ó Laoghaire asked the Minister for Education and Skills her views on the situation for international students that already have their results and are waiting to see whether they have been accepted into a university here through the CAO system; her further views on whether they will be able to start university as normal in September 2020 in view of the quick turnaround between round 1 CAO offers and the beginning of the academic year and the required 14-day quarantine many will have to undertake if travelling here; if these international students will receive their CAO offers early; and the provision which will be made for these students to ensure that they do not miss out on the start date of their courses.
