Durkan asked the Minister for Foreign Affairs the extent to which the Irish and British Governments are currently engaging with the authorities and communities in Northern Ireland with a view to ensuring the operation of the Northern Ireland Protocol which was brought about as a result of Brexit; if all those involved can apply themselves to this important task as a matter of urgency in view of the need to ensure the ongoing operation of the Good Friday Agreement which was recognised internationally as a solemn agreement entered into in good faith by all involved; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
