247 Deputy Liz McManus asked the Minister for Health and Children the reason the pay scheme for chiropodists providing a service to GMS card holders has not been reviewed since 1978; and the further reason at a series of independently mediated meetings held between 2003 and 2006 to look at the fee structure at which chiropody representatives with IMPACT made their case, agreement was reached at these meetings, and fifteen months later nothing has been implemented.
