Deputy Catherine Martin asked the Minister for Housing, Planning and Local Government his plans to put in place provision for persons currently in a house with an approved housing body which is not suitable for their specific needs with no possibility to transfer to the local authority list which would have a wider range of suitable properties; his further plans to create a policy for such transfers in certain scenarios related to mobility and access; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
