Deputy Clare Daly asked the Minister for Finance if his attention has been drawn to the fact that payments have been made to unsecured creditors by the liquidator of Irish Bank Resolution Corporation in return for their co-operation; and the reason he has not authorised the liquidator to make ex gratia payments to the workforce, as has been done in other cases by the State, to match the previously agreed redundancy terms.
