167 Deputy Seymour Crawford asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform the number of Garda checkpoints which have been specifically put in place to breathalyse for drunk driving in the Cavan and Monaghan, Louth and Meath divisional districts for each of the past four years; the time of day or night these checkpoints took place and the length of time; if he is satisfied that he has sufficient personnel to deal with this issue; if he will advise if or when he plans to roll out the promised speed cameras structure on a national basis; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
