Broughan asked the Minister for Communications, Climate Action and Environment if his attention has been drawn to the fact that a hazardous waste dump at Clonshaugh, Dublin 17 on the boundary of the operational areas of Fingal County Council and Dublin City Council which was discovered has still not been removed or remediated after almost two decades; the contacts his Department has had on this matter with the two local authorities concerned in recent years; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
