170 Deputy Willie Penrose asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform further to Parliamentary Question No. 366 of 6 May 2009, wherein it was indicated that a letter advising the person (details supplied) in County Westmeath of the outcome of his application for long-term residency dated 19 March 2009 issued to him, if he will take steps to issue this letter in view of the fact that the person has not received the correspondence of 19 March 2009 or otherwise; if this correspondence will be issued to him without delay; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
