170 Deputy John Cregan asked the Minister for Defence the reason the application dated 5 January 2010 for permanent instructors allowance for instructors of a company (details supplied) in County Cork has not been sent forward to the director of training for authorisation from the date they qualified as instructors up until the date they were paid on a full-time basis with effect from 10 November 2008 despite a previous application being signed off by the director of training from the day they qualified as instructors.
