Deputy David Cullinane asked the Minister for Finance the tax liabilities, including payroll and income taxes, charities are liable for, including organisations known as sections 38 and 39 organisations funded by the HSE; if any such organisation has been found to be in breach of its tax obligations from 2007 to 2016 to date; if any liabilities found to be unpaid were recouped by the Revenue Commissioners; and if so, when and the time period concerned; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
