173 Deputy Seán Kyne asked the Minister for the Environment, Community and Local Government if he will confirm that the non principal private residence fee is applicable to persons who own only one private dwelling but who have had to relocate to a different area of the country in order to obtain employment and as a result are living in private rented accommodation; and if the NPPR is applicable, that steps will be taken to end this unfair anomaly brought about by the current employment market situation.
