Deputy Alan Kelly asked the Taoiseach if when he was Tánaiste between 29 November 2024 and 22 January 2024, any agreements or lists have been made or exchanged with independent TDs who now support the Government to include projects in their constituencies in the future National Development plan and or the HSE Capital plan; and if so, if there any documents, notes and messages of any kind that relate to this between him and his advisers, staff, party workers and any of those TDs.
