1816 Mr. Allen asked the Minister for the Environment, Heritage and Local Government if he has received an application for capital funding for the improvement of water supply at Blarney, County Cork, in view of the very serious problems with water pressure in the area arising from the development of a business park adjacent to Blarney which has affected the water pressure in Blarney and in view of the proposal to build a huge volume of houses in areas adjacent to Blarney; and when a decision will be made on the application for capital funding.
