Deputy Michael Ring asked the Tánaiste and Minister for Social Protection if she will ascertain from the carers' allowance section of her Department when relevant departmental papers and comments regarding a carers' allowance refusal in respect of a person (details supplied) in County Mayo will be submitted to the Social Welfare Appeals Office in order to allow an appeal to progress considering that the appeal was registered on 27 November 2014.
