Deputy Peter Burke asked the Minister for Public Expenditure and Reform if he has issued the report as per section 3A(6) of the Public Service Superannuation (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2004 as inserted by section 3 of the Public Service Superannuation (Age of Retirement) Act 2018 on the public servants forced to retire between 6 December 2017 and the commencement of the Act due to reaching 65 years of age; if appropriate remedies to assist this cohort have been found; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
