192 Deputy Patrick O’Donovan asked the Minister for Education and Skills further to Parliamentary Question No. 167 of 14 September 2011, in view of the fact that FÁS was not required to pay certification fees to FETAC prior to April 2009, if FÁS still charged participants a fee for certification since the commencement of the construction skills certification scheme in 2002; if so, the use to which the funds raised were put; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
