Deputy Mick Wallace asked the Minister for Health the measures he is taking in response to the Health Information and Quality Authority's compliance monitoring inspection report on a designated centre for persons with disabilities operated by the Health Service Executive in County Wexford, carried out on the basis of an inspection on 28 January 2015, which found significant non-compliance with some fundamental components of the requirements of the Health Act 2007 (Care and Support of Residents in Designated Centres for Persons (Children and Adults) with Disabilities) Regulations 2013, including in the management of complaints; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
