62 Mr. English asked the Minister for the Environment, Heritage and Local Government if, in view of the findings of the health research report, Health and Environmental Effects of Landfilling and Incineration of Waste, commissioned by his Department there was a lack of available information on the health status of residents residing near waste facilities and a lack of baseline human health data at national, regional and county level, the EPA will consider and have available such data before the next stage is reached in relation to landfilling and waste incineration.
