Deputy Pearse Doherty asked the Minister for Finance the number of times the Central Bank has compelled the production and-or provision of information pertinent to monitoring anti-money laundering and countering the financing of terrorism requirements pursuant to sections 66 to 68, inclusive, and 77 of the Criminal Justice (Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing) Act 2010 and section 27 of the Central Bank (Supervision and Enforcement) Act 2013 in each of the past five years; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
