Deputy Michael McNamara asked the Minister for Finance if clerical officers who transferred from the Department of Agriculture in 2007 to the Revenue Commissioners will be considered for the allowance personal to holder which came into effect on 1 January 2003 given that all the clerical officers in the Revenue Commissioners are doing the very same job but anyone who transferred to the Revenue Commissioners after 2003 are on a reduced rate of pay of €100 weekly; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
