Deputy Jack Wall asked the Minister for Health the reasons the medical profession will not accept medical card holder's applications in regard to blood tests, warfin tests and so on and are charging for such; if he or his Department or any of the agencies under his control have been in contact with the Irish Medical Organisation regarding this issue or there has been any contact in resolving same; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
