Deputy Pearse Doherty asked the Minister for Health further to Parliamentary Question No. 879 of 9 June 2015, wherein the reply clearly states that an overall review of antenatal arrangements was initiated by the clinical directorate, why, following a freedom of information request in which access to all written records pertaining to this review was sought, the request was refused on the grounds that the documentation being requested did not exist; the nature of the review which did take place; if written documentation is available in respect of the review carried out in relation to antenatal service provision; if such records are available; if he will release these; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
