183. Deputy Thomas P. Broughan asked the Minister for Justice and Equality if a system is now in place to ensure that retired members of An Garda Síochána or persons who cease to be members of An Garda Síochána for other reasons are deactivated on the PULSE system from the date the employee ceases to be a member of An Garda Síochána in accordance with recommendation 3.1 contained in the Garda Síochána Inspectorate report entitled The Fixed Charge Processing System: A 21st Century Strategy; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
