Deputy Richard Boyd Barrett asked the Minister for Education the way in which children with additional needs who are in mainstream classes and set to return to school on 21 January 2021, or later, will be educated; if SEN teachers, SNAs or mainstream class teachers will be responsible for the in-school education of the children in cases where a school community’s SEN team of teachers and SNAs is insufficient to cover all children with additional needs; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
