Durkan asked the Minister for Health the time taken to date to determine the appeal in respect of medical card in the case of a person (details supplied) in County Kildare; the basis on which the application was initially refused; when the details in connection with the appeal were submitted to the relevant section; if sufficient information has been made available to make a determination at the earliest possible date or if it is expected that the application is likely to be determined forthwith; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
