Deputy John Paul Phelan asked the Tánaiste and Minister for Foreign Affairs and Trade the number of progress reports which have been submitted to either the European Court of Human Rights or the Council of Europe in relation to the judgement in the ABC v Ireland case; the dates on which these reports were submitted; if he will outline the manner in which these reports were compiled; the other Government Departments, if any, which contributed to each report; the Ministers and Ministers of State who contributed to each report; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
