Deputy Clare Daly asked the Minister for the Environment, Community and Local Government his views regarding the Pyrite Resolution Board and the Housing Agency in identifying and putting right any fire safety breaches during pyrite remedial works, in view of the fact that the guidelines issued by the Housing Agency are somewhat contradictory (details supplied) and in view of the very serious risks for homeowners arising from these works that have not been carried out.
