Durkan asked the Tánaiste and Minister for Social Protection further to Parliamentary Question No. 32 of 13 October 2015, when a jobseeker's allowance will be paid, given that the person (details supplied) has attended the local office in Dún Laoghaire on numerous occasions, but who has been turned away for not having a national passport, despite having grown up and been educated here, and having been previously in receipt of this allowance; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
