PQ 20
63 Mr. Moynihan asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Forestry the plans, if any, he has to give preference to REPS scheme applications from people with an entitlement to unemployment assistance in view of the fact that the current allocation for REPS is about half of what will be required for 1996 and in view of the proposals to disregard the first £2,000 from REPS for social welfare purposes which effectively removes a significant barrier to participation in REPS.
