265 Deputy Paul Kehoe asked the Tánaiste and Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Employment further to a previous parliamentary question (details supplied), if she is satisfied that the Association of Electrical Contractors in Ireland, which is party to this agreement, represents the majority of electrical contractors in this country with particular reference to Section 45 of the Employment Law Compliance Bill of 2008, which is intended to support and enhance monitoring and inspection activity in respect of compliance with the Registered Agreement in the Electrical Contracting Industry.
