Deputy Barry Cowen asked the Minister for the Environment, Community and Local Government if the National Asset Management Agency's plan to deliver future Part V housing on its funded developments is a result of a statutory obligation on it, or if the agency's provision of 10% of new developments was made by mutual agreement with him; and, if the latter, if there is scope for revising upwards the percentage of new agency constructed developments that are to be leased to local authorities for social housing.
