243 Deputy Pat Breen asked the Minister for Transport further to Parliamentary Question No. 294 of 6 May 2009, if the Irish Aviation Authority forwarded copies of IAA Aeronautical Notice T.02 of 2/9/2004 to the relevant local authorities and An Bord Pleanála in September 2004 as well as informing each such body that paragraph 3.6 of the former IAA document of November 1997 entitled Policy in advising on planning applications and appeals no longer applied having been superseded by the said IAA Aeronautical Notice T.02 of 2/9/2004; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
