205 Mr. Perry asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform his views on whether it is appropriate in the interests of impartiality and justice being seen to be done that staff from the Office of the Refugee Applications Commissioner, who have already refused applicants for refugee status, should be working in the same building on the same floors, using the same entrances and availing of the same facilities as staff from the Office of the Refugee Appeals Tribunal, who are hearing and determining appeals of applicants for refugee status, from the body and agency which had initially refused their applications; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
