239 Deputy Joan Collins asked the Minister for Jobs, Enterprise and Innovation if his attention has been drawn to the fact that societies registered by the Registrar of Friendly Societies are required by law to file an annual return with the Registry of Friendly Societies no later that the 31 March each year and that the non-filing of annual returns constitutes an offence under the Industrial and Provident Societies Acts; if he will list the name and address of each society registered by the Registrar of Friendly Societies under the Industrial and Provident Societies Acts which has failed to file an annual return for the years 2008, 2009 and 2010; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
