Deputy Clare Daly asked the Minister for Education and Skills if all the recommendations of the Farrell Grant Sparks report entitled Review of the Overhead Costs and Indirect Costs for the Administration of the School Transport Scheme, of October 2009, were implemented immediately or if they were implemented on a phased basis in view of the fact that the administration charges appear to have fallen by approximately €1.5 million each year since he took office.
