23 Deputy Pat Deering asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine if he will provide the following detailed information in relation to recipients of the single farm payment and disadvantaged area scheme in County Carlow for 2011, the total number of receipts of single farm payment and disadvantaged areas; the total amount of money paid under each scheme; the number of farmers inspected under land eligibility, cross compliance and GAEC under each scheme; the number of farmers penalised under each scheme, highlighting the number and level of penalties in each area, that is SMR, GAEC and land eligibility; if he will provide a breakdown of financial value of the penalties applied across the different areas and outline the way the farmers were selected for inspection, the number of cases where tolerances were applied and any other information available on the inspections conducted in 2011 in County Carlow.
