Deputy Willie Penrose asked the Minister for Education and Skills if she will ensure those eligible will have an opportunity to submit applications to avail of the school transport service for a school (details supplied) in County Westmeath which has been threatened with discontinuance due to the number of eligible applications received to date being below the minimum number of ten, as most persons who utilise the service will apply in July and August 2015 for the opportunity to avail of same; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
