Deputy Willie Penrose asked the Minister for Communications, Energy and Natural Resources if he is aware of the position being adopted by the management of Bord na Móna, whereby it is attempting to impose unilateral changes to employees' conditions of employment; his views that if current talks with management at the Labour Relations Commission do not deliver a workable agreement, there would be an immediate ballot for industrial action across all sections of the company; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
