215 Mr. Durkan asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform if he has studied the medical evidence and other information provided in the course of the raising of the matter on the adjournment of Dáil Éireann in the case of a person (details supplied) in County Dublin with particular reference to the medical evidence to the effect that it was and is unsafe to move this patient from hospital at the present time; if his attention has been drawn to the fact that the person in question cannot be expected to present at a Garda station; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
