Deputy James Lawless asked the Minister for Transport if his attention has been drawn to many issues that commuters are reporting with the reliability of the Real Time passenger information system for buses in Dublin, particularly the inconsistencies between the information on the TFI Real Time Ireland app, the Dublin Bus app and the RTPI screens at bus stops; if his Department has had contact with the National Transport Authority and or Bus Átha Cliath in relation to such reliability issues; the steps that are being taken to ensure that the issues are resolved; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
