Durkan asked the Minister for the Environment, Community and Local Government the extent to which various estates awaiting taking-in-charge by the local authority have been progressed in the past five years, with particular reference to addressing compliant issues to the satisfaction of Kildare County Council in respect of all or any development, the completion of which has been impeded by issues relating to the economic collapse; the extent to which he continues to liaise with the local authority in regard to such matters; the progress he expects over the next 12 months; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
