Deputy Ged Nash asked the Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Employment if the rates rebate payable in early 2024 to rateable business with a rates liability of €20,000 or less will be paid to all rateable businesses in this category, regardless of whether rates have been paid or not by the individual businesses in the relevant year, or if it will be paid to those businesses which have paid their rates for the relevant year; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
